ADG's cheeses are used in retail packs, fast food industry, bakery and pastry products, cheese processors and in food service.
Storage, handling and packaging
Cheeses supplied by ADG are available in a range of sizes from 20 kg vacuum packed and sealed blocks in polyethylene lined cardboard cartons for cutting and processing, to individually wrapped processed cheese slices. ADG recommends that cheese should be stored under refrigeration in an odour free environment with low humidity. Long term storage can be achieved by storing cheddar or curd in a frozen state at minus 18 deg Celsius.
