Customer ReceptionCustomer Surveys As a customer or patient enters into a facility, he can be greeted by mobile agent who can enter his identification into the Q-Flow system through a browser or application on the tablet. The client can then be placed into the virtual queue based on requested service, priority, acuity, appointment time, etc. The client can then be directed to the service location or waiting area. The tablet would be wirelessly connected to Q-Flow, agents would have the ability to print customer tickets to a central kiosk, reception station or service counter.
